We believe in moving beyond symptom management towards true healing and growth. Our retreat combines the latest in psychedelic medicine with the timeless wisdom of mindfulness practice. Inspired by Jon Kabat-Zinn's philosophy, we focus on the innate capacity for presence, compassion, and joy within each individual. We use guided practices to bring individuals home to their inner intelligence.
