This innovative leadership program provides comprehensive training and support to empower the next generation of therapeutic retreat leaders.

The program aims to help experienced mental health professionals take their leadership skills to the next level, whether your background is in individual counseling, group work, or practice management. Through monthly meetings, asynchronous learning, a community of support, and optional experiential retreats, you'll gain the training and confidence needed to lead successful therapeutic retreats or groups. Jayne Gumpel, LCSW will lead this group, which is inspired by her years of experience advising CEOs through her work with Vistage, which offers leadership cultivation for business executives. Jayne will bring this same level of support and development to those hoping to lead retreats. While some might seek out individual business coaching to advance their leadership abilities, our group model offers a richer experience as you grow alongside your peers, while also being more economical than the 1:1 model.

Who we're looking for:

• Licensed Clinicians: We welcome various types of licensure.
• Group and Retreat Facilitators: Ideal for those who are well-established in their therapeutic careers and passionate about group work as the future of healing.
• Entrepreneurs: Candidates willing to take on some business administrative challenges and operations responsibilities associated with this work.
• Experience Requirement: Previous experience in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) or formal training in the field is highly recommended.

• Monthly Group Meetings: Participate in 11 monthly half-day group meetings on Zoom, totaling between 50-60 hours. • Retreat Management Software: Use our customized Retreat Management Software Platform, BookingLayer, for booking and payment systems, predesigned and customizable forms, waivers, retreat preparation guides, and automated communications and reminders. Training and custom setup provided.
• Marketing Support: Promote your retreat through our established channels, including the Relationship Resources website, social media, and email marketing.
• Administrative Assistance: Receive support for retreat planning, registration, and execution.
• Operations & Strategy Sessions: Get personalized feedback on your online presence, technology platform usage, and streamline your operations for efficiency and profitability with our Business Operations Specialist Brendan Hughes.

Community, Connection, and Support:
