The new "Cultivating Joy Emerging Leaders" training program will soon be launching and is designed for professionals seeking to advance their skills in facilitating psychedelic-assisted retreats or groups. This innovative leadership program provides comprehensive training and support to empower the next generation of therapeutic retreat leaders.
The program aims to help experienced mental health professionals take their leadership skills to the next level, whether your background is in individual counseling, group work, or practice management. Through monthly meetings, asynchronous learning, a community of support, and optional experiential retreats, you'll gain the training and confidence needed to lead successful therapeutic retreats or groups. Jayne Gumpel, LCSW will lead this group, which is inspired by her years of experience advising CEOs through her work with Vistage, which offers leadership cultivation for business executives. Jayne will bring this same level of support and development to those hoping to lead retreats. While some might seek out individual business coaching to advance their leadership abilities, our group model offers a richer experience as you grow alongside your peers, while also being more economical than the 1:1 model.
Here, we'll outline the program details, ideal candidates, and the exclusive benefits participants can expect.
