Our Emerging Leaders Program was created to support clinicians to become thoughtful, skilled, and deeply grounded leaders and with practice capable of facilitating transformational groups, residential retreats, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with confidence, humility, and heart.
This is not simply a training you attend. It is a community you become part of.
We emphasize therapeutic presence, relational intelligence, experiential learning, mentorship, and the subtle art of creating emotional safety rather than focusing primarily on protocols, technique and diagnosis.
You won’t simply learn about the Cultivating JOY® model, you will experience it from the inside.
A Required Experiential Retreat as practicum (Ketamine optional)
The retreat is preceded and followed by online preparation and integration meetings, allowing you to experience the model as both participant and emerging facilitator. (You are most welcome to apply as a participant only if the training is not an option. The tuition is $2150)
As an ELP student your journey begins with participation in the Cultivating JOY Retreat October 22–25, 2026. The retreat is our well established model, a ketamine assisted mindfulness retreat which is open to all individuals which includes non professionals who can apply. To be clear: as part of the practicum there will be non ELP participants attending, and your participation will be as a participant observer, dropping the professional training lens during the retreat to experience the model as a traditional participant.

Participants develop practical skills in:
The curriculum integrates clinical wisdom from Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychology, Imago Therapy, Psychodrama, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Relational Neuroscience, Group Process Theory, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and contemplative practices including poetry and creative expression.
Participants will also learn from experienced guest faculty including retreat leaders, psychedelic ethics experts, attorneys, practice development consultants, and organizational leaders.

includes tuition for the October Cultivating JOY Retreat as a Practicum.
Cost of housing is arranged separately through the retreat center, and all participants complete a medical evaluation and Zoom interview before acceptance to the practicum. Participation is required, medicine is optional.

After registration, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
If accepted into the Emerging Leaders Program, your retreat deposit will be applied toward your tuition. No further fees will be due for the retreat as you will enjoy a %50 fee reduction for the October retreat. Monthly Program payments start in September of 2026. Your deposit is fully refundable if you are not accepted into the practicum.
